DRESS CODE

​3 Year Olds - (Preschool 1)

• Leotard and tights – any color or style

• Ballet skirt optional

• Pink leather ballet shoes

• Boys should wear black pants, white t-shirt, black ballet shoes

 

4 – 6 Year Olds (Preschool 2,

Creative Movement - Basics 2)

• Leotard and tights – any color or style

• Ballet skirt optional

• Pink leather ballet shoes

• Black patent leather tap shoes (not needed for Creative Movement)

• Boys should wear black pants, white t-shirt, black ballet shoes, black tap oxfords

BASICS 3 and Up - Jazz, Modern, Tap, Contemporary

• Black leotard

• Black jazz pants, black shorts

  • (must wear footless or convertible tights under shorts )  or black leggings

• Fitted black tanks or black camisoles over leotard optional

• Fitted black long sleeve shirts over leotard are permitted for cooler months

• Black (only): jazz shoes,  tap oxfords with a hard sole – no split sole for tap shoes

• Boys should wear black pants, white t-shirt, black jazz  or tap shoes or hip hop sneakers, depending on discipline

Hip Hop

• Black loose fitted sweatpants and/or shirt are encouraged for hip hop class

• Black Hip Hop Sneakers that are not worn outside

BALLET/POINTE/TECHNIQUE CLASS

• Black leotard

• Pink ballet and/or pointe shoes with pink tights

• Black ballet skirt, black knit shorts, black ballet sweater & black shrugs optional

• Kindly pull long hair into a ponytail, bun or braid.  Short hair must be pulled back

• Boys should wear black pants, white t-shirt, black ballet shoes

• Students may be asked to observe class if they

       are not properly dressed.
