47 Years of Experience in Dance Education
There is an ideal studio for every dancer. We hope this page informs your decision on why ADC is the right place for you.
PROVEN LONGEVITY IN THE FIELD OF DANCE
The studio has withstood the test of time by consistently offering a professional, organized and fun experience for students interested in dance. We do not always follow the dance fads. All of our students are exposed to an age-appropriate curriculum regardless of trend. Dance education when used positively promotes happy, healthy dancers that are able to express themselves confidently through movement.
PROFESSIONAL, PASSIONATE, EXPERIENCED STAFF
ADC staff hold undergraduate and graduate degrees in dance. They Direct and/or dance for Boston-Based dance companies/troupes. Most importantly our staff is passionate about education and staying on top of their own training. Click here to meet our staff.
FAMILY ORIENTED DANCE COMMUNITY
Our students come from various towns in the Metro-West area including Ashland, Holliston, Hopkinton, Framingham, Millis, Southborough and Natick. There is a saying that dance friends make the best friends and that is true in our studio environment. Becoming friends with peers outside of school allows dancers to open up their social circle and connect through a shared love.
BROAD SPECTRUM CLASS OFFERINGS TO INSPIRE
We offer a variety of dance disciplines for students to explore what they are passionate about when they have a basic knowledge of dance fundamentals. Our dance community, challenging classes and creative atmosphere are optimal for personal growth.
SAFE STUDIO ENVIRONMENT, TRANSPARENT TEACHING
The centre has 3 dance studios with marley sprung floors. There are viewing windows that remain open all the time so parents may watch whenever they choose. There are 3 waiting rooms for students or parents to wait between classes. The studios are air-conditioned in the summer months and there is ample parking at the studio and across the street.
To the faculty at ADC:
I did not want to leave this wonderful school without expressing my gratitude to the people who are the backbone of the recital each year. This last show was very special to me. I felt very proud to help showcase this particular body of work that was created by the incredible women I get to take class from each week. I would not be going to OCU without the technique, wisdom and values that have been instilled in me by everyone here, for which I will be eternally grateful.

Thank you all for the greatest decade of dance.
